Untying the Knots

Untying the Knots

  • By Joanna Katz
  •  family, Knots, Oct 2014 Jewish Meditation Teacher Training Series, open heart, relationship

Presenter: Rabbi Joanna Katz
Event & Date: Jewish Meditation Teacher Training October 2014
Podcast Notes:
When attention is settled and the heart is open, our relationships with our loved ones id transformed, and the knots that tangle these relationships can untie. Working for the well being of others is one of the deepest expressions of being human. This practice is about purifying our hearts so that we can connect with ourselves, and connect with what it is that we have to do in this world. Our process is about shedding layers to be able to hear our human family crying out to us, to stand with them, and to act in solidarity to order to establish a deep connection with our collective wisdom.
