How to listen online…
What is a Podcast?
Wikipedia defines a podcast as a digital media file, or a series of such files, that is distributed over the Internet using syndication feeds, for playback on portable media players and personal computers.
The Awakened Heart Project offers free podcasts which are available for immediate listening, download or subscription.
Listen now within your browser
To listen to a talk within your browser click the grey play button (it can be found beneath the podcast’s title and description).
Your browser will immediately begin to play the audio clip while loading the file into your browser’s temporary memory (the light-green progress indicator will show how much of the file your browser has loaded). You can pause and resume playback whenever you’d like, however once you leave the page your listening progress will be lost.
Listen later using iTunes
Beneath the grey play button you will find several links. Click ‘Browse via iTunes’ and iTunes will launch, displaying the Awakened Heart Project’s page in the iTunes store. (All AHP podcasts are available for free on the iTunes store.)
To set iTunes to automatically download the latest Awakened Heart Project podcast select the ‘Subscribe’ button.
Download a talk using iTunes
At the bottom of your iTunes browser you should see a list of all the Awakened Heart Project podcasts that are available for download and listening. To download any of these talks click the ‘Get Episode’ button which is located on the right side under the ‘Price’ column.
The file will begin downloading immediately (to see download progress select ‘Downloads’ on the left side of the iTunes program, under the ‘Store’ heading). Once downloaded the podcast can be found under the ‘Podcast’ section.
Listen later using an mp3 player of your choosing
To download and listen later right click on the ‘Download’ link at the bottom right and choose “Save file as” (be sure to save the file in a location that you will recognize). To playback, open the file with an mp3 player of your choice.

I have no yellow play button nor any sidebar on this page. How do I find them?
Thanks.
Jay
Jay, several changes were made to the site which required an update to the ‘listening instructions.’ Thanks for catching this inconsistency. You should find the current instructions make more sense. - Simon
